                           Barnaby Myhrum

 

Barnaby has over 25 years of experience improving manufacturing and engineering companies in roles as an engineer, manager, executive and consultant.  His diverse experience has taught him that to be successful, companies must: understand what the customer values, identify problems that inhibit the flow of that value, methodically solve those problems using the appropriate CI tools, implement management systems to standardize and sustain success, and continuously find new improvement opportunities.

 

Barnaby has worked with companies of all sizes in various industries: aerospace, automotive, motor sports, electronic, biomedical and food products, as well as high- and low-volume contract manufacturing.  He also has participated in all aspects of the business acquisition process.

 

Barnaby earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, and a Masters of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

                           Sean Jordan

 

Sean started providing successful Continuous Improvement  assistance to organizations in 1999.  Projects have been spread across the country from Maine to Arizona as well as Canada and Northern Ireland.  He has worked with all types of business sectors including industrial machining, wood products, electronics, biotechnology, food products,  and others.  The projects have been at every level of the organization: engineering, human resources, programming, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, strategic planning, service and continuous improvement departments.

 

Sean has trained thousands of individuals about the various CI tools and techniques.  He also created customized CI trainings for clients as well as New Hampshire Community Technical College’s Lean Manufacturing Certificate Program.

 

When it comes to implementing CI projects, clients report that his dedication to quality, cost, delivery, safety, value and teamwork is world class.

 

Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.
